Sunday Burn & Rebuild
Write down every moment from the week that made you shrink, doubt, or betray yourself.
Burn the list (safely), and write this instead:
“I am not the problem. I am the standard.”
Post it where you’ll see it all week.
Boundary Audit Hour
Once a week, ask:

Who did I say yes to out of fear or guilt?

Where did I override my gut?

What am I no longer available for this coming week?
Nervous System Reset: Cold Touch + Stillness
Hold something cold in your hand for 30–60 seconds (ice cube, cold spoon).
Place your hand on your chest after.
Breathe into your heart space. Say, “I am safe to stop performing.”
