The Mirror Affirmation Ritual


Stand in front of the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes.


Say: “I am not here to be easy to love. I am here to be real, whole, and wildly mine.”


Repeat 3 times. Breathe deep. Walk away like you mean it.

Three-Yes Check-In


Ask yourself:

  • Does this feel good to my nervous system?

  • Does this align with my standards?

  • Would I still say yes if no one clapped for it?
    If you get three no’s — don’t force a yes.

Text Your Boundaries to Yourself


Text this to yourself:
“No is a complete sentence. I owe no one comfort at the cost of my peace.”
Re-read it before hard conversations or requests.
