Shipping Policy

At Savage Rituals Co., we partner with trusted third-party fulfillment providers to deliver our products to you as efficiently and securely as possible. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All physical products (books, apparel, accessories, etc.) are printed and shipped by third-party providers. Once your order is placed, it is automatically submitted to our fulfillment partner for processing.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary by product type and delivery location:

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or third-party fulfillment issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

4. Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your item ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at savageritualsco@gmail.com.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your item is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We will work with our third-party provider to resolve the issue, including resending or refunding the item when appropriate.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please double-check all order details before submitting your purchase.
